Dusk Calls Part 1

The Solent Camera Club had a meet at one of my favourite places in Portsmouth, a spur of beach that leads beyond the marina and up in to Langstone Harbour and forming the top part of the harbour entrance. Due to the previous rain we weren’t expecting much of a sunset but were pleasantly surprised when the sun fell beyond the clouds and the sky became like a watercolour painting.

I haven’t taken long exposures of water before so as dusk turned to night I spent some time at the low tide water’s edge…those photos will follow in part 2.
