The Round Tower Part 2

I hadn’t climbed to the top of the Round Tour in about 10 years, I had forgotten all about the great view out over the stone walls to the harbour entrance, Gosport and the Solent. This day was one of those where it seems overcast but you get burnt to a crisp, by the time Gorm and I had cycled the length of the seafront to here we were heavily UVed up and the time spent on the tower topped up the sunburn to peeling levels the next day. Youch.
