Distant Blue Line

The distant blue horizon was but a thin line between the pond like calm of the sea and the warm, cloudless sky. It was the first time I had been to Selsey and the sea was the calmest I have ever seen it around these parts. Apart from the odd yacht, bird and canoeist the two halves of the horizon view almost merged.
