Tidal Abrasion

Over time, the sea can consume pretty much everything. Tide gradually shapes and wears away to nothing stone, wood and even metal, once it corrodes. Even rope and netting gets gradually, slowly eaten like the rest. Not sure about the tire though. Any idea?
