During the winter I visited a derelict tower in the centre of Portsmouth that gave a unique perspective of the island. To get a high vantage point you normally have to go up Portsdown Hill or the Spinnaker Tower, both at the ends of the island, this tower is more centrally located. It’s always interesting seeing the familiar from an unseen perspective.
